Peckham Power Company is run by and for local residents in Peckham and Nunhead. We exist to help people - no matter what their income - to generate and to use energy sustainably. We also aim to provide advice and skills to people who want to install, maintain and develop local energy generation and efficiency measures.
Peckham Power’s Spring Members Event Saturday 13th March 2010 Programme (annoted version – public version will not include notes in italics) 1pm Lunch 2pm How to Design Green Things People Can Actually Use (Working Title) Ross Atkin, Designer and Engineer 2.30pm Brief review of Constituion – at Peckham Power’s Annual General Meeting last November 2009 we agreed that the constitution should be reviewed every six months (Gordon Nardell to lead this session, Session to be facilitated by Polly as a neutral non-trustee) 2.50pm Demonstration of Peckham Power’s innovative Power Meter Display. Peckham Power’s media whizz Jack has developed an exciting annimation which shows how Peckham Power’s Power Meter will be able to track energy consumption and production LIVE in Peckham. The demonstration will be followed by a Q&A session where attendees will be encouraged to offer comments and questions.
