1. Updates:

- energy meter project update and decisions

- draught-busting report

- secondary glazing project report

- DECC LCCC application – potential dates 20, 21, 22 and 25 Jan - one visit of 3-4 hours; any preferences?

- CGS applications

- PP website/design discussions with Jean Henry

- Peckham Power Eco Homes Demo

2. January newsletter – what should go in it?

- updates from above list that we feel need publicising

- reporting submission of LCCC bid

- thanking endorsers

- publish dates of upcoming events (particularly members meeting in March)

3. New Areas of Potential Development

- EST - at meeting on 80/01/10 agreed they will provide us with publicity, marketing and events support to hold a Green Fayre in Peckham before the end of March 2010, to include 2 vehicle simulators, possible coaching in eco-driving, energy advice etc. Should this double up as PP quarterly members event?

- CEN – potential for them to find match-funding for a proper community-based energy services installer. 

- New Peckham Experiment (nef ideas)

- Finance Issues - Working with Wessex Community Arts, Southwark Credit Union

- Partnerships (particularly Miranda/Jo/FOE – conflict of interest? working together?)

4. Events

- discussion of March quarterly members events

5. House keeping/governance

- Bank account sorted?

- confirming next core team meeting

- Definitions (members, trustees, core meeting, steering group etc

- Relationship with members (what can members give to PP;  what can PP give to its members that will nurture the development of their relationship with us, and each other?
