Thanks for the link, Carl. I'll let Anna know about this report as it sounds like it might be of interest to her (behaviour change and all that).
I still haven't gotten round to reading the 100+ pages of the Heat and Energy Strategy consultation documents so I might pass on reading the "Selling Sustainability report".
